These Terms govern your use of BaqiCart. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BaqiCart, and at least 18 to accept these Terms on behalf of a household. Use the service only where it is legal to do so in your country.

The service

BaqiCart is a shared grocery cart and household planning tool. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect existing functionality.

Your account

  • Provide accurate sign-up information and keep your contact details current.
  • Keep your password confidential; do not share your account.
  • You are responsible for activity in your account and any household where you are an admin.

Your content

You retain ownership of the carts, comments, and other content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to display it to the people you choose to share it with and to operate the service.

What you may not do

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the service or our infrastructure.
  • Probe or interfere with the security of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimers

BaqiCart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Allergen warnings rely on third-party product data and your own preferences. They are a helper, not a substitute for reading product labels. Always verify ingredients before consuming a product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaqiCart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use the Services as a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
